I made a *.PAT of Susan Kare’s original MacPaint fill patterns. It definitely works with Photoshop versions CS2—CS6 on both Windows and OS X.

A lot of people asked me about pixel art tools, so here’s a list of the ones I’ve heard of. I can’t vouch for all of them as I only use Pixen and Photoshop myself, but I’ve heard a great deal about Gimp, GraphicsGale and RotSprite too.
